Which manufacturers/ brands and models are covered on the Dvd?We have over a 130 manufacturers/brands and 3,750 models covered at the moment, for a full list then you can view manufacturers/brands or by model, just by clicking the links..
Will the DVD run on a Linux or Mac based computer?At the moment the software will only work on Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
How long will my order take to arrive?Generally your item is posted the same day if ordered before 3pm, otherwise the next working day, but all items usually arrive within 3 days from your order.
How many computers can I install the software on?All formats of the software come with one single computer license allowing you to install it on one computer at a time. Your are able to move the software from one computer to another, there is no limit on the amount of times you are able to move the software around. How does activation work.?We supply a Product Key, which is sent seperately by email to the address you supply when purchasing, once you have installed the software, enter the Product Key and the software will ask for permission to connect to our website to activate the software, if you want to move the software to a different computer just uninstall the first copy and do a fresh installation on the next copy, as often as you like. If you try to install on two or more computers at the same time the eventually stop working until you remove the extra installations. If you do not have or want to install the software on a computer that does not have an internet connection, then you can do a manual activation using the Product Key but this will lock the software to that particular computer, you are still able to move it to another computer as long as you contact us first so that we can reset your Product Key, this method is useful for those of you who want to install on a laptop or netbook and use out on site.
Can I purchase more Licenses?If you want to use your DVD / USB memory stick in more than one computer then we are able to offer additional licenses to be bought at £10.00 per additional license. This payment covers the cost of support and help you may require for each additional machine.
How do I Pay?We accept several methods for payment. 1. Paypal – You can use a standard credit card as a one off payment, or if you already have a Paypal account then sign in and make the payment from your normal funds. 3. Cheque or Postal Order – We accept a standard Cheque or postal order, if you would like to pay via this method please contact us and we will be happy to provide our Postal address.
Do you give refunds.!Only prior to dispatch of the software, once sent no refunds are possible because of the nature of the item, we are happy however to give replacement discs if one proves to be faulty.
Do you provide support if I need it?We provide all our customers support 24/7, we want to make sure all our customers are happy and up and running, if your happy you may just tell your friends and colleagues about us. The easiest way to get help is to email us with as much information as you possibly can, we will always get back to you within 12 hours.
